What affects the price
- type of fault: heating element failure is the most common problem, but a thermostat fault, limescale or damaged seals are priced differently
- cost of parts and labour charged separately, totalling PLN 230-500 for typical faults
- call-out and diagnostic fee: usually PLN 120-200, with some repair shops deducting it from the repair cost
- gas water heaters: repairs cost more and require a certified gas engineer
- working time: under the per-visit model, each additional commenced 90-minute period is charged at an additional rate

The price depends greatly on the type of fault: replacing the heating element alone usually costs PLN 250-500, but some repair services charge a single call-out rate, starting from PLN 299, regardless of what is repaired.

Heating element replacement is the most common water heater repair and usually costs PLN 250-500 in total: PLN 100-250 for the part and PLN 150-250 for labour.
