What may affect prices
- Number of transactions: when this falls while prices rise, the market is usually slowing; when it rises, demand is strong. The bars on the chart show the number of sales in each month.
- Primary and secondary markets: in January ‑ March 2026, the median price for a new build was PLN 9,803/m², compared with PLN 8,219/m² on the secondary market.
