What affects the price
- appliance output and type: a condensing boiler is more expensive than a conventional one, and higher output means a higher price
- scope of work: a basic replacement with a similar model or conversion to a condensing model with installation modifications
- condition of the chimney (an acid-resistant liner, concentric chimney or new system chimney costs an additional PLN 1200-10000)
- location: labour is more expensive in larger cities
- formalities: gas installation design, approval by an expert and notification to a chimney sweep
- need to replace radiators when switching to a condensing boiler

Labour alone for a straightforward replacement (similar model, without changes to the installation) costs PLN 2000-3500. A complete gas boiler replacement, including the appliance, any required flue and formalities, usually costs PLN 8000-25000.

Labour for replacing a gas boiler usually costs between PLN 900 and PLN 3500, depending on the city and scope of work.
