How much does Botox cost in 2026? Forehead, frown lines, crow's feet and the whole face

indekscen.pl editorial team · published 30 September 2026 · prices according to the 5 October 2026 index

In Poland, Botox most often costs around PLN 550 for one facial area, such as the forehead, with a typical range of PLN 425 ‑ 640. According to the median, three areas of the upper face (forehead, frown lines and crow's feet) cost around PLN 1,700, although many clinics offer a package for this combination.

Botox is the most popular aesthetic medicine treatment and also one of the most confusing when it comes to prices. Clinics quote prices “per area”, “per unit” or “per package”, making it difficult to compare two offers directly. We collected prices from public clinic price lists and guides and converted them to one common measure: the price per facial area.

How much does Botox cost per area?

The median price is PLN 550 per area. Half of the sources fall within the PLN 425 ‑ 640 range, the cheapest offer starts at PLN 300, and the most expensive reaches PLN 700. The variation is therefore relatively small for aesthetic medicine: most clinics that publish their prices charge similar amounts for treating one area of the face.

What accounts for the differences? Mainly three factors: the amount of product used (large, strong muscles require more units), the brand of botulinum toxin and the location. Prices in large cities, especially Warsaw, can be higher than in smaller towns. However, our index does not yet contain enough Botox prices for individual cities to provide a reliable comparison, so we do not publish a city ranking.

How much does Botox cost for the forehead, frown lines and crow’s feet?

Each of these is listed as a separate area in price lists:

  • Forehead (horizontal lines) is the classic “one area”, costing around PLN 550.
  • Frown lines (vertical lines between the eyebrows) also count as one area and cost a similar amount.
  • Crow’s feet (lines at the corners of the eyes) count as one area, although both sides of the face are treated.

Most people have all three treated at once because the upper face ages evenly, and treating the forehead alone can look unnatural when crow’s feet remain pronounced. For three areas, the median works out at around PLN 1,700, with a typical range of PLN 1,300 ‑ 1,900. Two areas, such as the forehead and frown lines, cost around PLN 1,100.

In practice, many clinics offer “2 areas” and “3 areas” packages, with each additional area costing less. If you are planning to treat more than one area, always ask for the package price instead of multiplying the price shown in the price list.

How much does Botox for the whole face cost?

In aesthetic medicine, “the whole face” usually means the upper face, namely the three areas described above. Clinics sometimes add smaller areas, such as smoker’s lines above the lips, a gummy smile, downturned corners of the mouth or the under-eye area. Each counts as another area in the price list, so the cost increases by roughly PLN 550 for every area added.

It is therefore worth distinguishing between two situations. If you want to reduce expression lines in the upper face, a budget of around PLN 1,700 is realistic. If, however, the issue is significant volume loss, sagging cheeks or deep nasolabial folds, Botox alone will not be enough and the doctor will suggest other treatments.

Botox or hyaluronic acid filler: which should you choose and how much does it cost?

This is the most common question, but these treatments work in completely different ways. Botox relaxes the muscles, smoothing lines caused by facial expressions. Hyaluronic acid is a filler: it adds volume, shapes the lips and fills folds. The two treatments are therefore often combined rather than choosing just one.

Our index includes the price of the most popular hyaluronic acid treatment, lip augmentation with hyaluronic acid: the median is PLN 1,400, with a typical range of PLN 1,400 ‑ 1,550. It is therefore clearly more expensive than Botox for one area, but the effects of hyaluronic acid filler usually last longer. Below, we compare Botox with other aesthetic medicine treatments whose prices we track.

Remember that each of these prices relates to a different unit: Botox is priced per area, while the other treatments are priced per appointment. needle mesotherapy and chin lipolysis usually require a course of several treatments, while fractional laser treatment (skin rejuvenation) is also often repeated several times. When comparing costs, calculate the full course rather than a single appointment.

How much does Botox cost per year?

The effects of Botox are not permanent: they usually last between 3 and 6 months, after which the muscles resume their activity. Most people repeat the treatment 2 or 3 times a year. For one area, this means an annual cost of PLN 1,100 to PLN 1,700. For three areas treated twice a year, the cost is around PLN 3,300.

This is a useful point of reference when comparing Botox with surgical procedures. Upper eyelid surgery costs around PLN 4,900, while a full facelift costs around PLN 25,000. These are on a different scale and produce different results: surgery removes excess skin, while Botox only smooths expression lines.

What about hair Botox, lip Botox and Botox for bruxism?

The term “Botox” is also used for treatments that have little in common with botulinum toxin. Hair Botox is a hairdressing treatment using a nourishing product, without any injections, and its prices are not included with aesthetic medicine treatments. Lip Botox (known as a lip flip) is usually listed as one small area, but it does not enlarge the lips in the same way as hyaluronic acid filler. Treating bruxism with botulinum toxin involves injecting the masseter muscles and usually requires a larger dose of the product. We do not yet have separate prices for this treatment in our index.

How can you avoid overpaying for Botox?

  • Ask how many units of the product you will receive. A low price “per area” may mean a small dose and shorter-lasting results.
  • Check whether a follow-up appointment and any necessary top-up are included in the price. At many clinics, a follow-up appointment after 2 weeks is free, while others charge separately.
  • Compare packages. When treating several areas, a package is almost always cheaper.
  • Be wary of suspiciously cheap offers. A price well below PLN 300 per area should be a warning sign: the product may not be genuine, or the procedure may be performed outside a medical clinic.
