The cost of hiring a coach with a driver depends primarily on the number of seats, the route length and how long the coach is required. Operators take into account:

• vehicle size: the more seats, the higher the daily and per-kilometre rates,
• the mileage included in the price and the charge for each kilometre beyond the limit,
• the number of hours: an hourly rate is added beyond the agreed time limit, including waiting time,

Coach hire with a driver in Warsaw and Wrocław: do prices differ?

We do not yet have local medians for Warsaw, Wrocław and other cities, so we provide the median from price lists across Poland: 2,000 PLN/day per day. More operators work in large cities, making it easier to obtain several quotes, but during the peak season, in May, June and September, coaches are booked in advance and prices are more difficult to negotiate.
