- type of suspected condition: testing for carpal tunnel syndrome is cheaper than testing for polyneuropathy
- city and facility: differences can amount to several hundred PLN

Two types of entries: customers state how much they paid for the entire job and rate the contractor; service providers enter their price lists. Is an EMG test covered by the NFZ?
Some facilities also provide EMG tests through the NFZ, alongside a paid private option where prices range from approximately PLN 100 to PLN 400 depending on the scope.
