- construction type: façade (frame), modular, Warsaw-type or mobile (aluminium)
- area and hire period (a larger area and longer hire mean a lower rate per m²)
- development location and transport distance (a per-km rate is added outside the free zone)
- installation and removal cost (a separate item, charged per m²)
