A wall-mounted tap is attached to two offset connectors extending from the wall, so the plumber must set their spacing and height and, with older plumbing, often replace the seals on the threads. Fitting a rail with a shower head holder may add to the price, as it requires drilling into the tiles.

A multi-hole bath tap fitted to the rim of the bath is closer to the upper end of the price range, up to PLN 350, because holes must be drilled and connections made beneath the bath. If the valves are seized or a connection inside the wall is leaking, it is better to call a professional straight away, as flooding your bathroom or the neighbour below will cost many times more.
