Five sources with varying levels of reliability, deliberately kept separate so that declarations are not mixed with evidence. The price index consists of cited public price lists per unit of service (PLN/diagnosis); customer reviews show amounts for entire jobs submitted via the ‘How much did you pay?’ form, with three verification levels (how we verify them); company price lists contain prices entered by the companies themselves. - age of the person being assessed: separate price lists apply to diagnoses for children and adults
- scope of the process: autism spectrum diagnosis only or additional ADHD assessment
- whether the price includes the ADOS-2 test or not (the option without ADOS-2 may be cheaper)
- whether the price includes a separate psychiatric consultation or diagnosis, which is often charged additionally
- facility and duration of the diagnostic process

Prices for a full diagnosis vary considerably between facilities, from around PLN 500 to PLN 2500-2980 for children, depending on the range of assessments and whether they include an ADOS-2 test and psychiatric consultation.
