What affects the price
- surface area: large areas cost less per m² because they qualify for a higher discount
- type of finish (smooth/classic or marbled)
- condition and preparation of the substrate
- whether the price includes materials or labour only
- floor or stairs (stairs are calculated and priced at a higher rate, per step)
Usually charged separately
- reinforcement of a weak or cracked substrate (additional PLN 24-35/m²)
Large areas (over 100 m²) are usually considerably cheaper per m² than small ones because of material discounts.

How much does a m2 of microcement flooring cost?
Microcement flooring, including materials and labour, usually costs from PLN 250 to PLN 650 per m², most commonly within the range of PLN 350-550/m².
