- area: for larger areas, the price per m² falls, while small jobs (below 100 m²) cost more
- region of Poland: Warsaw and large cities are more expensive
- type of screed (concrete, cement or anhydrite)
- whether the price includes only labour or also materials
- screed for underfloor heating increases labour costs by 20-40%

How much does 1m2 of screed including materials cost?
Screed including materials usually costs from PLN 50 to PLN 180 per m², depending on the type and region. For example, traditional cement screed costs around PLN 55-80/m², while anhydrite screed costs PLN 50-90/m² gross (incl. VAT).
How much does flooring cost per metre, excluding materials?
Labour alone, excluding materials, usually costs from PLN 30 to PLN 60 per m², while in large cities, especially Warsaw, actual rates reach PLN 70-80 per m².
How much does it cost to pour a 5 cm floor screed?
Standard price lists are based on a thickness of around 5 cm, so the same price range applies as for a regular screed, e.g. PLN 50-90/m² including materials for an anhydrite screed, gross (incl. VAT).
