What affects the price
- type of flooring: thinner homogeneous flooring is cheaper, thicker heterogeneous flooring is more expensive
- joining method: hot welding costs more than adhesive bonding
- substrate preparation: pouring self-levelling compound is an additional cost (approx. PLN 25-40/m²)
- installation location: stairs are significantly more expensive per square metre than a flat floor
- region of Poland: for example, rates in the Mazowieckie voivodeship are 10-15% above the national average
- need to remove the old floor covering (additional cost)

Usually PLN 25 to 50 per m², mainly because the joints need to be welded. For stairs, the price is calculated per step and is considerably higher per square metre.
