Roof boarding alone (labour, excluding materials) usually costs PLN 15-50 per m², depending on the company and the complexity of the roof.
How much does labour for sheet-metal flashing cost?
Labour for installing sheet-metal roof flashings (e.g. eaves flashing or verge flashing) usually costs between PLN 10 and PLN 40 per linear metre.
How much does a roof truss for a 200m2 roof cost?
Roof truss construction usually costs PLN 35-40 per m², and from PLN 60 to PLN 80 per m² for a pitched roof. Labour is charged per m² of roof area, rather than as a fixed price for the entire job.
