- annual fee payable for 10 years (an additional fee, approx. 10% of the one-off fee per year)
In addition to the one-off fee, the law provides for an annual fee, around 10% of the one-off fee, payable for 10 years.

How much does it cost to convert a 1000 m2 agricultural plot to non-agricultural use?
For a 1000 m² (0,1 ha) class III plot of land, the one-off fee is around PLN 26 231-32 060, depending on the subclass (IIIa or IIIb). For other soil classes, the amount is correspondingly higher or lower.
How much agricultural land can be redesignated free of charge?
Class V-VI mineral soil may be withdrawn from agricultural production without a fee, as may, in certain cases, the first 500 m² designated for a detached house.
When is there no fee for converting agricultural land to non-agricultural use?
No fee is charged for class V and VI mineral soils or, in specified cases, for the first 500 m² designated for a single-family house.
