Price lists entered by companies are not included in the median at the top of the page; customer amounts are included only for services priced as a complete service.

It depends primarily on the type of property: valuing a flat usually costs PLN 600-1400, while a full valuation report (for a flat, house, plot of land or commercial property) may cost from PLN 600 to as much as PLN 5000.
How long does it take to obtain a property valuation report?
According to one source, a standard flat valuation accepted by a bank usually takes 2-4 working days.
