The maximum notarial fee alone is PLN 50 net (excl. VAT), under a regulation of the Minister of Justice; after adding 23% VAT and the cost of copies of the deed (around PLN 6 net (excl. VAT) per page), the total is usually PLN 100-150.

What is the notary's fee for disclaiming an inheritance?
The notarial fee itself is no more than PLN 50 net (excl. VAT), but including VAT and copies of the deed, the total is usually PLN 100-150.
Is it better to renounce an inheritance in court or before a notary?
A notary is quicker because the matter is handled during a single appointment (cost around PLN 50-100 plus the notary's fee). The court is cheaper (around PLN 50), but the procedure takes much longer.
How much is the court fee for disclaiming an inheritance?
According to one source, it costs around PLN 50, similar to the maximum notarial fee itself, but the court procedure takes significantly longer than using a notary.
