What affects the price
- whether you are keeping the existing number plates or replacing them with new ones
- whether you use an intermediary company instead of completing the official formalities yourself
- late re-registration may result in a fine of PLN 500 to 1000 (private individuals) or PLN 1000 to 2000 (vehicle trading companies)
The deadline for re-registering a vehicle is 30 days from the date of purchase (90 days for vehicle trading companies). Most pages containing the full schedule of fees (registration certificate, number plates, stickers) could not be retrieved in full because their content is generated by JS, so the main amount comes from a single article.
Prices from customers and companies
Two types of entries: customers state how much they paid for the entire job and rate the contractor; service providers enter their price lists. Customer entries have three reliability levels: ✓ verified: invoice or receipt (the editorial team has seen a document matching the entry), ✓ verified: declaration (the author confirmed the entry using a link sent by e-mail) and unverified (how we verify entries); we do not verify company price lists. Price lists entered by companies are not included in the median at the top of the page; customer amounts are included only for services priced as a complete service.

How many days after buying a car do you have to re-register it?
The application must be submitted within 30 days of purchasing or importing the vehicle, or within 90 days for vehicle traders. Missing the deadline may result in a fine of PLN 500 to PLN 2000, depending on the length of the delay and the owner's status.
