What affects the price
- person's age (adult, 12-18 years, under 12 years)
- available discounts: school and university students under 26, old-age pensioners and disability pensioners
- Large Family Card: discount of up to 75% for students aged up to 25 and children with disabilities from large families
- type of passport: standard biometric or temporary
The fee is uniform nationwide and set by regulations. Voivodeship office pages containing the detailed price list could not be retrieved in full because their content is generated by JS, so the quotations come from guide articles that give the same widely known statutory rates.

Two types of entries: customers state how much they paid for the entire job and rate the contractor; service providers enter their price lists. Customer entries have three reliability levels: ✓ verified: invoice or receipt (the editorial team has seen a document matching the entry), ✓ verified: declaration (the author confirmed the entry using a link sent by e-mail) and unverified (how we verify entries); we do not verify company price lists. Price lists entered by companies are not included in the median at the top of the page; customer amounts are included only for services priced as a complete service.
