How much does a personal trainer charge for 1h?
Usually PLN 140 to 200 for a standard session; a trial training session may be cheaper, starting from PLN 50.
How much does a month with a personal trainer cost?
It depends on the number of training sessions per month; with individual sessions costing PLN 140-200, a package of several sessions per month costs several hundred to over PLN 1000 (e.g. a package of 8 sessions for PLN 1360).
