What affects the price
- type of case: non-property-related (fixed fee) or property-related (proportional fee)
- the value of the subject matter of the dispute: above PLN 20 000, the fee is 5% of this value
- type of document (statement of claim, application, complaint, etc.)

- solicitor's or legal counsel's fees
- expert witness costs (an advance payment of usually PLN 500-1,000)
How much you actually pay depends on the type of case: in non-property cases it is usually PLN 30-10 000 (a fixed fee), while in property cases worth more than PLN 20 000, the fee is 5% of the amount in dispute (up to PLN 200 000).
Prices from customers and companies
Two types of entries: customers state how much they paid for the entire job and rate the contractor; service providers enter their price lists. Customer entries have three reliability levels: ✓ verified: invoice or receipt (the editorial team has seen a document matching the entry), ✓ verified: declaration (the author confirmed the entry using a link sent by e-mail) and unverified (how we verify entries); we do not verify company price lists. Price lists entered by companies are not included in the median at the top of the page; customer amounts are included only for services priced as a complete service.

It depends on the type of case: the fixed fee ranges from PLN 30 to PLN 10 000, while in property cases it may be as high as PLN 100 000.

The fee depends on the value of the claim: in simpler cases, it is a fixed fee ranging from PLN 30 to PLN 10,000, while for higher-value disputes a proportional fee applies, which can be as much as PLN 100,000.
