How much does it cost to insulate foundations?
Labour for vertical waterproofing alone usually costs PLN 25-130/m², depending on the company and scope (from PLN 25-40/m² in cheaper quotes to PLN 110-130/m² with a longer warranty).
How much does 1 m of excavation cost?
For manual excavation, the indicative cost per linear metre is PLN 20-48, calculated from the rate per 100 linear metres. For mechanical excavation, it depends on the excavator's hourly rate, which is PLN 150-200 per hour.
