Is it worth insuring a flat in a block of flats?
Insurance for a 60 m² flat in a block usually costs from PLN 200 to PLN 600 per year. According to TUZ, a package including personal liability insurance, which covers incidents such as flooding a neighbour's flat, costs from PLN 350 to PLN 600 per year.
Where can you get the cheapest home insurance?
Policies with basic cover (the building structure and simple risks only) are the cheapest, starting at around PLN 100 to PLN 150 per year for small flats. It is best to compare quotes for a specific flat from several insurers.
