A one-week travel insurance policy for a trip to Europe usually costs from around PLN 30 to PLN 80 per person. The cheapest offers start at around PLN 25 to PLN 35, while examples from Compensa range from PLN 120 to PLN 276 for a family of 2+1.
How many days before travelling should you buy travel insurance?
The policy itself can be purchased even shortly before departure, but cancellation cover usually needs to be added no later than 3 to 7 days after booking the trip.
