Does comprehensive motor insurance depend on the value of the car?
Yes, comprehensive insurance premiums are usually calculated based on the value of the car. According to InterRisk, the average is around PLN 1500 to PLN 2500 per year, while drivers of newer, more expensive cars pay from PLN 1500 to as much as PLN 5000.
Can you buy comprehensive motor insurance without third-party liability insurance?
Yes, comprehensive insurance can also be purchased during the term of a third-party liability insurance policy, although buying them as a package is usually more cost-effective. The cheapest comprehensive insurance policies, at PLN 300 to PLN 400, are packages with a high excess.
