What affects the price
- the stamp duty is fixed nationwide (PLN 10)
- an additional fee of PLN 17 for each power of attorney relationship if the application is submitted by an authorised representative
- a fine of PLN 200-1000 may be imposed for failing to report the sale/deregistration within 30 days (this is a penalty, not the price of a service)

The stamp duty for deregistering a vehicle, PLN 10, is set by regulations and is the same throughout Poland, regardless of the county office.

Is there a fee for deregistering a car?
Yes, the stamp duty for issuing a vehicle deregistration decision is PLN 10. If the matter is handled by an authorised representative, there is an additional PLN 17 fee for the power of attorney.
