How much does a designer charge for an adaptation design?
Adapting a ready-made house design within the basic scope usually costs PLN 1800-3500; with major changes to the layout, form or structure, the price rises to PLN 6000-10000.
What does project adaptation include?
Basic adaptation includes adjusting a ready-made design to the plot, ground conditions and local regulations.
How much does it cost to have an architect prepare a design?
A bespoke design from an architect costs from PLN 15 000 upwards, which is significantly more than adapting a ready-made design.
