How much does a construction expert's opinion cost?
A technical opinion alone usually costs several hundred PLN, which is significantly less than a full building survey (PLN 2000-2500 on average), while firms specialising in opinions for court proceedings charge from PLN 5000-7500 net.
How much does an expert assessment of an old house cost?
A structural survey of a detached house (assessment of the foundations, walls, roof and installations) usually costs PLN 2000-5000, while a building survey generally costs PLN 1500-4000, depending on the size of the property and the scope of the inspection.
